Hi there. If I copy & paste preformatted texts (simple basic HTML with

,

etc.) it breaks the blocks e.g. the "table of contents" so that I cannot edit the text any more. When I paste plain text (utf8, I tried "LF" and "CR+LF") into pre-existing text, it suddenly adds each with a line break into a mysterious div:

(even on this board I cannot put this code into a "/code", btw.).

How can I prevent that from happening? I've already burnt many hours on this.

I tried Win10, Ubuntu, Firefox Dev. Ed. and Chrome. In FF the JS crashes all the time, btw.

We paid people a lot of money to make content and lawyers to write legal texts and I've worked with CMS for over 15 years and never have I encountered a so unbelievable unnecessarily complicated and hindering system like this "beautiful website builder" to quote Pinckaers (sorry, I am super frustrated).

Is there maybe an alternative? Some app that lets HTML just be that? I am really desperate to get this website built and unfortunately I need it to be made with Odoo.

Am I too stupid or blind? Please please someone let me know what I am doing wrong. 😥

Is this a joke? What the hell did I do to make it look like that? Here is my original Question as a plain text:
