How do we disable or deactivate a warehouse that was meant to be temporary?

For some companies, they work on projects where they manage temporary warehouses.  Once the project is over, all remaining products are transferred to the main warehouse and the temporary warehouse needs to be deactivated so that it does not appear on the drop down list for deliveries.
