In my odoo 16 i put in my twilio ICE information and they are not connecting i checked the numbers 3 times so i know that they are accurate

If you use Twilio check out Oduist Connect module that integrates Twilio Voice API with Odoo making calling from / to Odoo using native Odoo Phone widget.
