Virtual IOT

Question

Running odoo v16 online enterprise, would like to start connecting devices (non Epson thermal printers, scales, bar code reader, etc).  Cannot find an Odoo IOT box, was thinking of using virtual iOT software.  Found some threads, but very little documentation (one thread sent me to a page in French language).  Has anybody installed virtual IOT box and connected a device to their Odoo?  TIA.
