Does Odoo offer a way to record both vendor's lot no and my generated lot no.?

No. Why you want to store the vendor's lot no. ?
But suppose you want then either you can add new field for that OR while receiving the goods create new lot number in such a fashion which include the vendor's lot number.
ex. <MY LOT NO> - <VENDOR LOT> i.e. 111222-223322
