I have this module custom_addons/HR/hr_payroll_community and every time I click the configure document layout it shows this error I tried everything I even deleted the files and updated the module but nothing is changing
what should I do?
and when I moved the code from the child file(custom_addons/HR/hr_payroll_community/models/res_config_settings.py) to the parent file(base/models/res_config.py (class ResConfigSettings))
the website crashed
I have installed the module hr_payroll_community to my local Odoo 15 DB and I was able to open configure the document layout.
As I can see your custom module in the path custom_addons/HR , You need to make sure this path is added to config file.

activate the developer mode, navigate to settings -> technical -> user interface -> views, search for the views containing module_l10n_fr_hr_payroll in its architecture, open the view and delete the field from the view.
