We just moved from v9c to v14e and it's definitely been a big change.
I'm having issues with our email/leads setup. Previously, any leads sent to our email "directsales@" got dumped into the incoming leads. This is no longer working.
If I turn on the feature in CRM settings, I can't use the email directsales, or I get the error:
"The e-mail alias is already used. Please enter another one."
I've looked under Aliases, and directsales is nowhere to be found.
Any ideas on where I might find this alias and fix the problem?
FYI I do have directsales setup as an IMAP account in Incoming Mail Servers, which I figure is necessary.
