Hi all,

We just moved from v9c to v14e and it's definitely been a big change.

I'm having issues with our email/leads setup. Previously, any leads sent to our email "directsales@" got dumped into the incoming leads. This is no longer working.

If I turn on the feature in CRM settings, I can't use the email directsales, or I get the error:

"The e-mail alias is already used. Please enter another one."

I've looked under Aliases, and directsales is nowhere to be found.

Any ideas on where I might find this alias and fix the problem?

FYI I do have directsales setup as an IMAP account in Incoming Mail Servers, which I figure is necessary.

Possible conflicts with "action to perform on incoming emails" field in the Incoming Mail server configuration?

You could also check if the alias was provided for any of the sales team CRM > Configuration > Sales Teams. Though it should be visible in the Technical > Aliases
