I am trying to find the best way to organise visits to our clients by salespersons.

Example: we sell beer. After a salesperson made a new client, he needs to revisit this client every 6 weeks.

Which module in Odoo would let us easily automate this task and plan it in calendar of the salesperson.

So what I am looking for is following automation: upon salesorder of client , automatically visits are planned in the calendar every 6 weeks, these visits come into the calendar of the assigned salesperson , when the salesperson executes that visit he should be able to mark it as visited and we as manager should be able to see which clients have not been visited after the 6 week period. Also after the visit a new task to visit would have to be created 6 weeks after the current visit was done.

I have been looking for modules and combination but havent found a good solution, although I am sure many companies face the same issue. Thanks for any help

hi, install 'automated actions'. this will allow you easy make activity as you wish and trigger as you wish.
quit good egzamples and manual.
