Hello. 

On a Youtube video, it is demonstrated that a submenu can be added to a main event page.  

This is done by checking two boxes ('Website Menu' and 'Tracks on Website') under the Event Name field while creating the event. 

I do not see the check boxes. Can somebody help?  I am running Odoo v14.
