Hello everybody
i use odoo CE v.15
I have configured "catchall@myemail.com" as an incoming mail server and everything works perfectly
if I send an email directly to info@myemail.com, odoo automatically opens a lead
if I send an email directly to help@myemail.com, odoo automatically opens a ticket
etc ...
I just have a very distressing problem
I have various gmail emails (email@gmail.com, email2@gmail.com, email3@gmail.com), where I receive many notifications of various types, and through the gmail filters I have made sure that these emails are filtered according to mine logics and then they are automatically forwarded to an alias of my mail on odoo.
example:
a lead arrives on email@gmail.com, the automatic filter forwards the email to info@myemail.com
the main problem is that gmail, when it automatically forwards the emails (through its automatic filter), does not change the "To" value of the email, and therefore odoo does not download the email correctly and does not create the lead or ticket for me .
By viewing the email header in detail, you can see that when gmail automatically forwards the filtered emails, it uses the "X-Forwarded-To" field and therefore odoo does not see them.
If I wanted to create a new email template in odoo, unfortunately I don't have the possibility to set the input parameter "X-Forwarded-To"
Has anyone had this problem? is there a module that could be right for me?
Thank you
