Hello everyone,

We’re currently using the Repair module to handle product returns and in-house repairs for our customers. However, in some cases, we’re unable to perform the repairs ourselves and need to send the products back to the manufacturer.

Is there a way to manage this workflow within the Repair module? Ideally, we’d like to have an option or button that would trigger two delivery operations (one for shipping the item to the manufacturer and another for receiving it back), along with a specific status such as “Sent to Manufacturer”.

Has anyone implemented something similar, or do you know of any modules or best practices that could help us manage this process more effectively?
