I was assessing an implmentation that covers elearning program of a customer.
I was wondering how the licensing should be done.
The program organisers are 2 to 3 people. The students that will sign up and enroll (as coursew will be by invite only) are not known. Does the customer have to have user linceses for his 2 to 3 organisers only or for each and every students that will enroll?
Organizers only.
Students joining in course do not require licenses as theyareconsidered external users.
Adding them by invitation is not easy though
Only the organisers who are creating courses in backend need licences. For the courses/elearnings, licences are not necessary and it is very simple and flexible to configure who has access to the courses and invite participants also giving portal user access, see image:
