Is there a way to search for a specific topic in the whole user or developer documentation? Are user/developer guides downloadable in pdf or any other format that comes with searching capability? The web documentation does not seem to come with one. Thanks

Yup not available, I usually search in google and add tag ooo documentation. So it will give me accurate result. But it is good if Odoo allow to search over documentation.
