In the record rule "Personal Leads",

i want to check that the 'user_id' is equal to the 'create_uid' of the corresponding phinecall of the lead..

NB:I didnt want to check that,

['|',('user_id','=',user.id),('user_id','=',create_uid)]......(the create_uid used here is the create_uid of this lead,but i want to check with the create_uid of crm.phonecall)
