I am USA based small consultant using cash based accounting for my income taxes.

Odoo is showing my P&L in my accounting reports but it is using my invoice date for income and not the cash based receipt for income.

Any suggestions for how to do that in Odoo?

I see a setting in the Accounting Settings a check box for cash based where it asks for a two separate journals.  I am not sure how to figure this out.  Currently I need to hack some journal entries at each year end to move the revenue.
