is it possible to upload video from compute not from youtube link....and make it private only for register user
i want to private my videos and only run in my e-learning platform not in youtube is it possible ?

There are other platforms beside youtube that can give you an embedded link that you can put in the E-learining module.
You can try screencastify. (for example) They also have a free service for a limited amount of recordings per month and the video's are saved in your google drive.

if you use screencastify this will automatically give you an embedded link and add the video to your google drive, after making the video.
