Can someone explain to me how this upgrade is performed as I need to upgrade the database. I have a live and a dev server and the enterprise code is present on the Live database but not the dev one.
What should i be doing in order to perform the upgrade here
Should i upload the test db or the dump of the live db on the Odoo Upgrade service form?
Hi,
You can take a backup of your live database and upgrade it in the odoo upgrade platform: https://upgrade.odoo.com/
Once the upgrade process is completed, you can restore the database in the version 16 and see if everything is okay.
Using your subscription code you can download the enterprise(16) from here: https://www.odoo.com/page/download
If everything is okay, you can apply the same for the live database.
