how can we upgrade our odoo 10 online version to odoo 11. Will it go automatically or do we need to take action for this?

@Yenthe..Would you be knowing about the on-premise update(Update of self-hosted Odoo10 to Odoo11). Is it possible to get the details of the same.

You can upgrade to a newer version at any moment with an on-premise installation. It just isn't done automatically for you, so you have to upload your database yourself etc.

The Odoo versions are automatically updated on the Odoo SaaS. Odoo itself did not make the switch to 11.0 for any Odoo system yet, it'll follow soon though.
I do believe that they recently added an option to choose to upgrade or not in the Odoo SaaS too under the settings (but I don't have a SaaS account so can't confirm this).
