I have some questions about the Enterprise edition. At the moment we are using Odoo 12.0 Community edition and are considering to upgrade to the Enterprise edition.
- Whats the cost per user? Monthly based?
- Do Portal Users also have to pay the monthly fee?
- Can we migrate a database from Odoo 10.0 to Odoo 12.0? What do we need for that? Cost?
- At the Pricing page, you can choose some modules. Do I have to pay an extra fee for every module I use?

1. You can see the price per user from the pricing page: Odoo Pricing
2. For the portal Users, there is no charge
3. It's possible to Migrate the database from 10 to 12. the cost depends upon the data in the system and depends upon the custom modules if you have used any in version10.
4. Yes, you can see the price changes upon selecting the new apps.

About the extra apps. If I am using the free website module in the community edition and upgrade to the enterprise edition, am I obligated to pay the extra fee or can I still use a free version?
