Hi,
The following reference will useful while migrating a module from lower version to higher version.

Also you can check what are the changes occurred in the versions between source and target versions.

Hi Ali,
Please Try installing the module in 15 CE and see is there any errors .If so try to fix the errors.,Repeat the same until installation is succeeded. Once you installed the module see there are no errors in the views and check for the complete functionality.
