I want to update on hand quantity of 450 products to be zero, I have exported the products external ID.
I have a column for external ID , and another column for On hand quantity,, As soon as a uploaded the file, the On hand quantity column says "Don't import"
How can i solve this problem please
On Hand Qty is computational field, hence you cannot import data into. Instead you can use Inventory Adjustments for updating qty.
+1 This is the correct method to modify the Qty On Hand in Product.
