Can anyone know how to untick or disable the odoo.sh from odoo app store for any custom module.
Odoo is the world's easiest all-in-one management software.
It includes hundreds of business apps:
- CRM
- e-Commerce
- Accounting
- Inventory
- PoS
- Project
- MRP

If you mean this:
No - it is not possible.
The added value of Odoo.sh is that Users can quickly deploy free Apps to test them without needing to download, connect to and upload the App to their project.
We have an Availabilty option for the published apps in Odoo App Store showing it supports Odoo.sh, Online and On Premise. I need to disable the availability of Odoo.sh for our custom module.
I don't know of a way, I would suggest you document this in the description of your App.
