Environment :windows 8 (x86-X64)

tried versions: odoo 11 c latest exe and many old exe's of odoo 11

posgresql server:9.3 with pgadmin 3

I want to delete my old index db at Windows 8 . Which is causing conflict my windows machine is unable to start my newly install service.After exploring through process explorer I have found that message (the version of dbghelp.dll configured does not). I had delete the app/localdata of my windows machine . I also had delete the sc of old odoo service. But still it still had saved the old configuration of my odoo service.I also had deleted the old postgresql server with too.
