We just switched to version 14 from version 13.  In this transition I can no longer reconcile any of the credit card statements or bank accounts.  When I attempt to reconcile a transaction I get the same error message regardless of credit card or bank.  Any recommendations on what may be creating the issue?  Screen shot below.

Contact Odoo Support. 

It sounds like the Outstanding Accounts are set to match the Bank Account, a configuration that does not support reconciliation.

Another cause for this problem is that the bank account is setup with the "Allow Reconcilation" checkbox checked. This checkbox is for accounts like AR and AP and the Outstanding Accounts - you don't reconcile the Bank Account directly - Odoo does this for you.

Another cause for this problem is a corrupted online synchronization that needs to be deleted and added back.
