-using ODOO Inventory App version 10. Free Version for about the last 6 years. Tracking our new furniture inventory IN/OUT.


-Tried to login on 3/3/2023 and got the following message:


This page isn’t working

invDOTdosofficeDOTcom didn’t send any data.

ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE



-When I search for database on ODOO, we get the message to create our first database.


-submitted tickets to forums and support but no help as of today


-Spoke with a couple folks at ODOO and discovered our database is hosted “on premise” and ODOO would have no way to access it. But have been assured that the database can not be totally lost.


-As of the afternoon of 3/16, my next step is “Ask an Expert at ODOO”

Hi,

Not sure what exactly the problem is, did you made any changes in the server recently ? Port, domain, dns or nginx or any where ?

If so and if you remember those changes, try reverting it, else connect with a technical person and let him go through the odoo instance and see what he says about it.
