Question

i have odoo 8 windows setup

I installed one of odoo 8 modules:

https://apps.openerp.com/apps/modules/8.0/account_move_report/

and also account_financial_report_webkit

but when I am trying to print the journal voucher, or any other report using webkit(deprecated) report type,

I get this error:

coercing to Unicode: need string or buffer, bool found

<type 'exceptions.TypeError'>,coercing to Unicode: need string or buffer, bool found,<traceback object at 0x05E61C88>

thnx to your suggestion, but the underlying factor was webkit_path system parameter and because i am on windows based server, then converting path"\" to "/"

Convert into string to unicode your error problem is resolved try this simple example

a = 1
b = 2
c = 3
title = u"""a=""" + str(a) + u""", b=""" + str(b) + u""", c=""" + str(c)
print title

Output:
a=1, b=2, c=3
