Trial Balance Not balancing for branch companies.

Hello, 

I'm wondering why for company setup as branches the retained earnings aren't being calculated correctly, which is causing the trial balance debit and credit total to not balance. For companies set up as main, the retained earnings are being calculated correctly (net income from previous year are being brought over), but not for those set up as branches.
