Hello, has anyone found a simpler way to guide clients in managing translations in Odoo v17 (specifically on their e-commerce site)?

We recently migrated from v15 to v 17 and our client is struggling with finding specific terms but they are having trouble locating them. They find the v17 translation process (file download/upload) confusing, especially compared to v15. Any tips or resources to make this easier for them?
