I cannot figure out which module contains the titles for modules. I'd like to translate the word "Quotation" to "Estimate"
I have gone to translation export and tried exporting dozens of modules and none of them seem to impact the titles.

I've changed translations without downloading and uploading by doing the following:
Settings > Translations > Translated Terms
Then using the search in the upper right corner, then entering new translation values in the column Translation Value, and then hitting save.
