All view interface, menus, and even native Spanish reports come in, http://prntscr.com/7fh145.

The problem is this, that the names of the head still appear to me in English, http://prntscr.com/7fh1qa, although the menu is in Spanish and it is necessary that everything is in Spanish. Is there any way I can change these headers Spanish ??

I try the menu of configurations and translations, also choosing the translation activation mode of development without success.
