Hello! Odoo is quite overwhelming.

We are a small business but everyone makes payments individually using business money.
We would like to have a main place where we could all upload these expenses, as well as their invoices, so we have a simple one stop place where our accountant can have access to all the payments that are done.
It would be even more awesome if we could auto synchronize with our bank so every payment from our bank would automatically be registered in Odoo
I don't understand what is the appropriate module for this, is it Expenses or is it Accounting?
