Looking a way to downgrade the enterprise to Community.
This is the error that pop out my server

Hey David,

If it's a production environment, you can backup the database first and then follow the below steps.

1. Uninstall the enterprise modules (it might not work in some cases but you may try with it)

2. Remove the enterprise modules path from odoo.conf file

3. Restart the odoo service

4. log in to the database

Looking to your traceback error, upgrade the web module after you have followed the above steps.

The V14 Enterprise is located in odoo.com server. Dont think they will gave me access to uninstall the enterpise modules on it. They only option they gave you is download the database.

You may share your ideas with Odoo engineers. If it's feasible then they will help you out.

Hi, anyone know if it's possible to downgrade a V15 Enterprise to V14 Enterprise?

Is there any Odoo script for that?

Oh i found out the solution, but i got another issue. from the " Create new user"
