Is it possible to mark multiple tickets and then move them to another stage?

Yes, navigate to tickets from dashboard and view the tickets in list view. Select the tickets to be moved to a different stage. Click stage field (on one of the records) and select the required stage.
YESS - that's it ! Makes it much easier for 10 tickets
