I just started using Odoo, added a Thermal Printer which is printing from every application (MS Word, Print Test) but when I click print in Odoo, it doesnot print anything. Even I choose the printer using Print Dialog/Preview box. If anyone can kindly help me out how to add thermal printer in Odoo community V12. Thanks.
