I was using odoo 16 community offline and if i generate pdf reports there will be gridlines of rows and column which makes the report look clean and presentable but when i switched to the cloud by importing the offline database i notice in reports there is no more gridlines and the company name on the report, please can you suggest to me what to do on this, thank you

Hi Transition Technologies,
It usually happens when the report.url is not properly
Take Settings -> Technical -> Parameters -> Search report.url and change the url as of Your domain
