V11, enterprise: I am trying to add followers automatically to a help desk team (technical settings/ automated actions). I am logged in as administrator, and I am trying to add the user administrator as a follower of the help desk team.

I get this message Everytime: 

The requested operation cannot be completed due to security restrictions. Please contact your system administrator.
