I've a problem with a outlook plugin. I've install OpenERPOutlookPluginSetup32.msi in windows7 machine (64 bit) with outlook (32bit). I installed the plugin without problems, but when i start outlook i don't see a plugin.

For the moment, the plugin present in v7 doesn't work. This is know and is currently being addressed.

If you want a temporary solution, you can use the plugin of v6.1.

Steps:

  1. Connect to http://runbot.openerp.com/ and login to a 6.1 build

  2. In the field above and to the right of the login screen, select a "-base" database, put admin/admin as login/pass

  3. Go to settings, check the extra button and search for "outlook" in the "Name" field

  4. Click on the "Install" button of the Outlook plugin

  5. Select the correct version of the plugin (32 or 64b)

  6. Install the plugin

It will be usable in v7 and will show up in outlook.

1) connect to http://7-0-7979.runbot.openerp.com/?db=7-0-7979-base 2) install outlook plugin module. 3) Select the correct version of the plugin (32 or 64b) 4)install plugin.

Hi,

I have a "fresh" install of OpenERP on a Debian. I have windows 8 64bits + Outlook 2013 64bits, I have installed the 64bits plugins and I do not see it in Outlook...

Any idea ?

After several tests, it does work in Outlook 2013 64bits. But to make it available in the add-ons ribbon, I have to disable end re-enable it each time Outlook starts, otherwise the plugins is not available even if it is mentionned as always active in the plungins management window

The plugin definitely doesn't work in v7. Emails never archive, and when archiving attachments, the message body is discarded. Using Outlook 2010 64-bit.

Please install .MSI file from the given below location

addons/plugin_outlook/static/openerp-outlook-plugin/OpenERPOutlookPluginSetup32.msi

Double click on msi file and click on next next and finish as you install exe in windows. 

    Once it is installed, If office 2007 You can see the OpenERP menu. 
    
    If office 2010 You can see the menu : Addin -> OpenERP

Great, the Outlook Plugin finaly got fixed and works perfectly now, message, body, attachements, all apparantly works fine now.

I installed the outlook plugin for Openerp and installed the 64bit outlook plugin(.msi file generated from OpenERP) for the Outlook plugin, i got a menu to configure OpenERP server details in a menu in outlook2007 but in outlook2013 i didn't find that menu. Any one please provide me a solution for this issue
