Hello! We updated to version 16 a week ago and everything was working fine during that week. However, this week we noticed that the footer is missing, and there is no option in the toolbar indicating that it is "Not visible". 

I am referring to the general footer, which we manually hide along with the header on specific landing pages. How can I restore the site's footer?
