The best way to automate projects and tasks based on a client accepting a quotation

Question

I see there is a way to automate products into projects and tasks, but what I need to accomplish. When a client accepts a Quotation (trigger) to automate a Project with Tasks of the different Products.
I see the ability to set Products to Projects and/or Tasks, and I see how to link a Quotation to a Project (though it is uneditable). How do I accomplish what I need?
