Hi @all,


I am very new to Odoo and want to swap from another ERP...to be honest the other ERP is just as good as this one here and as I am used to the workflow of the other ERP I am looking for another ERP to join my portfolio.


Well to come to the point:

I guess this is a quite easy question as the answer is supposed to be "no" but are there possibilities to make text on documents like invoices/quotations and so on bold/italic.

Where I am not only talking about Terms and Conditions but also product's desc and so on. Since HTML seems to be not working, neither BB codes :/


I have spent now a long time on google to research but so far there was not answer that definitely said YES or NO.

Everything is possible but what you are asking for maybe need a little extension or customization depending on where do you need the text to be bold, if it's on the printed report you could do it using qweb, if it's on the form you could change the field widget to html that bring you an html editor where you could edit it as you need to. So the answer is YES
