How to create custom templates in Knowledge module? I can only see already created by odoo ones.

As per V18, there is no possibility for the user to create a template in odoo knowledge. You can only work with existing templates.

Hi,

You can use the command "/ template for creating new one"

I had the same issue. The name changed in my opinion. The section that you can copy into the messages or terms and conditions is called "clipboard" now. So /clipboard is the term to create such a section.

Yes, from Odoo 16.3, we renamed the `/template` command to `/clipboard` to avoid confusion with the new template gallery of Knowledge introduced in that version.

it used to be present in V17 but disappeared in V18
