I need to add tax_included in the invoice and my problem is in how to edit the function compute for account.invoice.tax.

thanks a lot for your answer but if I use this solution the taxes gona be always included but in my case I need to have both included or exluded depending to user requirement
You can in this case duplicate the taxe and choose the appropriate one when invoicing
