Hi

when purchasing a product online, at checkout, tax included price is stroked through and price excluding tax is invoiced. how can i make it back to included tax price?

Thank you for the answer but it is not fixing the problem, included tax is already enabled. the prices are including tax in the website but only when checking out the price including tax is red and the price xcluding tax is shown down like it is a promotion or a discount. 

PS: i don t have any discount or promotion enabled

Hello  Nejdi Mariam, 

There is configuration in the Website module so you can Enable that in your Odoo. 

Go to Website --> Settings --> You can see Product Prices. 



Also there is boolean of "Included Price in Tax Configuration".

Accounting --> Configuration --> Taxes 



Once you Enable this then you can see in the Checkout that product price is with Included Tax,
