In our company people are allowed to take work overtime and use it later for holidays.
The Problem:
In Odoo it is possible to have negative Overtime. But when somebody wants to take a day off in for example two weeks, he can't create an absence for this, because he would be at the moment in negative Overtime, and this is not allowed in Odoo. In our daily business this is a normale case. Does anybody has an idea how i can allow people to take Holidays on Overtime even when they will have a negative bank afterwards?
