Take product cost in account for project profitablity odoo 18

Question

Hi, on Odoo experience it was announced that product cost are now taken in account for the project profitability (
Project Profitability: Budget Refactoring & Analytic on Pickings | Odoo [1] )

For example I deliver a product to my customer for free but that product has a cost of 2500 euro that this is tracked a cost on my project. Do I need to enable something or where can I configure this as it seems not to be working by default

Go to the *Inventory/Configuration/Operations Types* menu, select your delivery operation type, and check the *Analytic Costs* field. This will allow you to track picking costs.
