Hi there,

We are running Odoo 10 community version on a VPS.
We did not install any new modules or updates.

On Tuesday, we could login without any problems and did our work. On wednesday we tried to login but got a blank screen after login. We could only see our logo, but no menu tekst nothing. We tried to recovery the backup of the VPS of Tuesday, but also that restore gave the same result. After login we got a blank screen. We tried in different systems, like Chrome, IE etc, but all with the same result. We also tried from different computers on different locations (outside of the companie), all with the same result. Blank screen after login.
We also looked at the database manager (url/web/database/manager). This looks very strange...white screen with strange layout. I cannot make a copy of the database anymore....(hoping there is another way to make the backup.

I am able to login through FTP and CMD. I also tried disabeling modules to see if it was a module serror, but no results there...

Can  anyone give me a hand on pointing me in the right direction to get this solved....my company is not stopped as i cannot make any invoices, PI invoices etc....

I installed odoo 11 and i want te restore the database (from odoo 10) but get this error

Database restore error: Postgres subprocess ('/usr/bin/pg_restore', '--dbname=ldr-lighting', '--no-owner', '/tmp/tmpjezqpvr8') error 1

what to do...i am no programmer......i need help please.

It looks like you screwed your installation, many modules missing and incoming mail servers not set up properly. Make a system image/backup of your VPS, then try to update all modules/databases by command line with "-u all". If it does not help, you will have to troubleshoot all errors in the log one by one.

i think there are a lot of errors i can see, but i do not know HOW they came about and what to do about this...but it looks...not oke...

REALLY??? but we did nothing to the installation. We are working with it for many months, without trouble...we did not installed any new modules, what so ever....So i do not get it how this can happen out of the blue.

I will need the whole weekend to figure this one out....

that is for shure, not not by us.....i think that a (india) programmer i gave access to the ftp of odoo did some things. As i did not want him for the next odoo job....as he asked a lot of money. I think this is his payback.

I cannot think of another answer...

Are you willing to help me out on this (payed) as i really do not know where to start.
