does anybody knows what that means? (see attached image).

It's on v12 EE, after some database migration from v10 CE 

Just few tables (res_users, res_partner), migrated exporting and importing data directly on the database. In works without errors, just that strange kind of graphic alert on the top right, where user menu is.
