Is it legal for Odoo to stop working with Community version even I downloaded and worked on it actually ?
because someone warned me I may lose my work if I depended on community version

Hi,
Odoo community edition is free to download and use. So there is nothing to worry about. You can set up an odoo community instance in your own server and you can use it.
