I have been using Odoo Community in Türkiye for a long time.

I use the Odoo Point of Sale module, stock and purchasing modules in my market. Although the removal strategy in Odoo 17 is FIFO, AVCO calculates.

I reviewed the Odoo 17 Changelog and I was very upset.

 Example

On July 1st, I bought 100 Pepsi for $50. I want to sell it at $55 with a 10% profit.

On July 10, I bought 100 Pepsi for $60. I want to sell it for $66 with a 10% profit.

I want to sell the first 100 Pepsi bars for $55 using Fifo, and then sell the 101st product for $66.

Unfortunately, Odoo makes products with Avco for $55 and sells them for $60.5 with a 10% profit.

Since we are a non-profit organization, we need Fifo.

We can sell the purchased product with a maximum profit of 10%. Can you help ?

Hi,

The costing method on the product category determines the costing calculation. Not the removal strategy. Please check the costing method and change it to FIFO.

Thanks.
