i've started an sms marketing campaign using odoo sms iap, i recharged my account with 100 credit.
i have been receiving error messages ,that the sms didn went through, and it has consumed the credit....
what's the solution for that?

this is a question to be checked directly with Odoo either on the iap service or support page.
All my mail list contacts is well formatted, and I bought 100 credits which is enough to send 630 SMS.
I used the odoo IAP SMS without changing any settings. As per the tutorial, I did test it a day before I start the campaign on my phone number and another friend's phone number and it worked.
But yesterday when I've lunched the campaign I get this error message : 160 SMS have been canceled and won't be sent
0 SMS have been sent
475 SMS could not be sent....
And all my credits were consumed....
There could be several reasons for this issue. Here are a few things you can check to resolve it:
Verify that the phone numbers you are sending the SMS to are correct and formatted correctly.
Check if the recipient's phone number is in a valid format for the country you are trying to send the SMS to.
Make sure that the SMS gateway you are using is configured correctly in Odoo. You can check this by going to the SMS module settings and reviewing the gateway settings.
Confirm that you have enough credit in your account to send the SMS.
Check if the SMS gateway provider has any known issues or outages.
Check if your SMS gateway provider has any restrictions on the number of SMS that can be sent at a time, or if there are any limits on the number of SMS that can be sent to a specific number within a certain time frame.
If none of the above solutions work, you may want to consider switching to a different SMS gateway provider.
